this is a beautifully tropical delicious smoothie bowl that transports you to warmer island temps and is packed with vitamin c, antioxidants and happy endorphins. i love it when your food becomes art and feels like a little sunshine in a bowl. heaven knows we need it right now when all of us in the midwest are trapped in a polar vortex snow globe. this is my festive take on the traditional mango lassi that is usually served in a cup and refreshes the Indian palate and beyond. i love making it traditionally, and also having a little fun with it!
you'll need:
 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango, if you don't have either,
1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango, if you don't have either,  
you can use Talenti Alphonso Mango 
1/3 cup frozen peaches 
1/4 cup milk 
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp ground cardamom 
for garnish:
rasberries
blackberries
blueberries
unsweetened coconut, i found mine at Trader Joe's
