I love your tiny heart
that beats so fast
and the way you move inside of me
Your father loves you too,
by now you must recognize his voice,
the way he sings to you each night.

God answered my prayer
He only asks I return you to Him,
so I shall, raise you to fear and love Him
with all your heart, soul and mind.
I love you already, your eyes, nose and lips..
I saw you yawn and fall asleep
and I knew you'd be a boy after my own heart..
I am so thankful
you are healthy so far
and growing so fast.
Soon I will meet you-
How I long to meet you
and hold your tiny frame in my arms
and kiss your velvet cheeks.
What an amazement,
how God created you in the secret place
and knit you inside me-
I'll ask Him someday how He does it.
Don't ever forget what a miracle you are,
