One of my absolute favorite foods are these crazy frittered balls called Frito de azul-basically what I just said, a blue cheese ball. They are to die for. My older sister actually introduced them to me a couple of years ago, when both of us were still dating our NOW husbands..We went on a double date to one of the finest restaurants in downtown GR, a tapas Bistro called San Chez..Amazing EVERYTHING pretty much, but mostly I go for the fritters..Once I tried em, I was hooked.
This year, for my 25th birthday, by best friend Chelsea took me out for an evening on the town and of course San Chez was a stop!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves-as well as our tummies, and it was probably one of the best birthdays yet!
