91. the vibrant colors of the setting sun. glorious reds, oranges, hints of purple, as if God took out his water color paints and slashed his brushes across the crisp blue sky.
92. tiny little fluffy bows in my daughter's hair. a hint of femininity, a glimpse of the beauty she is and will become.
93. long walks with mom. easy talk, wisdom shared, laughter good medicine. thankful for the friendship, camaraderie.
94. health. mom gave us a scare landing in the ER this morning, thankful for the gift of doctor knowledge and that the shadow in her heart proved to be nothing. thank you, Father!!
95. sun bathing. sportin' the post maternity suit, slathering on the baby oil, and leafing through fashion magazines all in a good solid hour to myself. in the sun. blissful gift.
96. the joy of watching my children interact with their grandparents. Norah holds her papa's heart in her hands, and same the other way around, Ben was able to go fishing with his papa by the stream at dusk and I am so thankful for these moments shared. Grandma's laugh is contagious and she scoops those little ones up so fast, and it fills my heart.
97. flip flops. t-shirts. breezy dresses. warm attire.
98. meals shared with the English side. Spending time with my husband's folks allows me to peak inside the history of Nathan and the rich, God centered family he is a part of and where some of his character comes from. So blessed to see the way they interact, in their marriage, with others, and the healthy love they have for us. the generation before is is a gift.
99. flowers. everywhere. singing to Jesus with their colors and bursts of life. fuschia, pink, rose, blush, emeralds, how I delight in their fragrance and beauty and want to worship Jesus the way they do, unashamed and not a hint of bashfulness.
100. late night bowl of chocolate ice cream.
