this is an easy delicious fruit salad that throws together quickly, and is both pretty to look at and even more pleasurable to eat. it is healthy and nutritious, and a perfect addition to any weeknight dinner, or even better, a summer night.
you'll need:
1 large grapefruit, peeled,
sliced and diced in chunks
1-2 cuties[tangerine or clementines] peeled and pieces separated
1/2 cup black berries
1 tablespoon honey
squeeze of half of lime
fresh mint leaves,
finely chopped for garnish
