i have thrived, flourished, and grown. 

i have been broken, torn, criticized and put 
in impossibly agonizing choices that demanded answers. 

i have been stretched, rebuilt, and strengthened. 

i have been separated, reconciled, unified and carried 
with others in the body of Christ. 

i have walked hand in hand with the Lord 
and can still sing that He is good.
