i see that half your face has 
fallen 
permanently
your body 
a tired pile of bones 
after being wrecked with stroke and 
being hooked to life support..
and you go on with the 
writing, 
the speaking engagements, 
putting your face.
your words. 
in front of 
e v e r y b o d y
short leashed to your 
wheel chair 
all the while 
proclaiming 
Hope in abundance 
and reminding us  
that He 
makes all things new. 
and i think 
you are the most beautiful 
woman i have ever 
seen.
