Guacin' it Up


A simple yet tasty recipe for the infamous green dip. Love snacking on this with tortilla chips or dressing up any of my favorite Mexican dishes..Top your burritos, dip your empanadas, or slather your nachos-which ever way you choose, don't forget the guacamole!!!

you'll need:

2 ripe Haas avocados
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
1 freshly squeezed lime
1 1/2 cup pico de gallo (fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro)
salt and pepper to taste

Mash avocados and mix together with rest of ingredients. TIP: leaving the pit with the avocado mixture will leave your dip super green and will not brown as easily!!
