green with NRG

here is another quick recipe for a refreshingly juicy drink that blends really well in the blender and comes out to be the most vibrant green color, and is bursting with tartness, vitamins, and the big vitamin C.  toss these nature made jewels into the blender and be sure to enjoy over a few ice cubes- don't forget the straw:)

1 granny smith apple
1 small cucumber [peeled is optional, i left skin on]
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
2-3 drops lemon essential oil
1/2 cup 100% apple juice

a suggestion for you is pouring in juice first, and then softest to hardest ingredients. this helps the blades break down well, with smooth, drinkable results. 

pour in glass with ice cubes.
