SUMMER~

1. pineapple-cut up into huge chunks, the juice dripping everywhere
2. mangos-pureed, cubed, in salads, or as a marinade
3. peaches-my mom has a huge peach tree in the back yard and we'd pick em' and EAT em!
4. watermelon-standing along the edge of the sand at Sandy Pines, competing with all my cousins who can spit their pit the furthest
5. grapes-pop as many as you want, or for a crisp cool treat, try them frozen!
6 & 7. blueberries and rasberries-there's a handful of places that offer the best patches to pick them, and then put them in PIE!
8. strawberries-huge and red, grab em' by the green hair, and dip them in chocolate before taking a bite!
9 & 10. lemons and limes-I know we don't always think of them as fruits, but they are citrusy, colorful, and oh so tasteful! Lemonade, lime garnished against a cold beer, here we come!!
